EH3 are an innovative homesearch company that builds upon 15 years of in-depth market knowledge, contacts and professional experience in the Scottish property market. Our Managing Director, an MBA graduate in International Business from the University of Edinburgh, with further degrees from Aberdeen and Heriot-Watt Universities founded EH3 with the vision of providing a homesearch service with a different perspective.
Professionally she was a former Regional Director of a national firm of property managers, an Associate and Senior Surveyor with two further national firms of Estate Agents, within both the sales and corporate rental markets. Now assuming the role of poacher turned gamekeeper she is well placed to act on the buyers’ behalf.
In parallel to her professional career she has also undertaken a number of private redevelopment projects, utilising the skills gleaned from her first degree in Landscape Architecture. Demonstrating a natural flair for design and development, she has successfully applied her skills to the redesign and remodelling of Edinburgh City centre flat interiors over the last 12 years.
Our vision and design experience allows us to see beyond the existing internal configuration. Given the dominant importance of location, we can often suggest ways to remodel and effectively transform a well-located property with a poor layout, into a beautiful home that will meet your (our client’s) specification.
