Regular and consistent contact with our clients, we believe is fundamental to our success. As a client you will always have direct access to your consultant and their mobile number.
We strive to use technology to maintain efficient and effective communication, using conference calls or web-cams as appropriate. The majority of our written and visual (plans, photographs) communication will be in electronic format. This is not only cost-effective in time; it is more convenient and environmentally friendly. As a company, we have adopted an environmental strategy that aims to minimise the waste of resources through technological implementation where practicable. Electronic literature will be our primary means of promoting our business and we minimise print output wherever possible. We also believe that the nature of our service also helps you, as ‘our client’, restrict your environmental impact by reducing the frequency of and amount of time incurred travelling to and around Edinburgh.
