We live and work in the city, ensuring that we are well placed to keep you up to date with market conditions, local prices, and amenities and have a wide range of professional contacts. Our reputation and track record within the industry combined with our good working relationships with solicitors and Estate Agents, assists both in the finding property and at closing dates. They appreciate that clients, who have engaged a third party to search on their behalf, clearly demonstrate that they are serious and committed bidders.
Although we have good relationships with other professionals, we remain independent and objective. We solely act for buyers. We do not sell property. We only receive fees from our clients. EH3 is an independent privately owned company giving impartial advice without any conflict of interest.
